This photograph was taken by one of the companies that come and knock on your door to sell you an aerial photograph of your house. It belongs to John and Maryan Huntridge, who live in Field Place, at the lower left of the photograph.
The church can be clearly seen and the triangular area immediately below the church was the former village green. The road to Risby (to the top of the photograph) used to pass to the left (west) of the church and the road from Bury St Edmunds to Barrow (right to left) used to pass below (south) of the church.
