The new Church Noticeboard was installed in 2000, as part of the Millennium celebrations. The inscription at the bottom of the noticeboard [right] shows that it was erected in recognition of John and Mary Wolton, who had served the village for some 40 years.
The Victorian letterbox in the church wall, below the noticeboard, is the only collection point in the village. There are two collections daily, Monday to Friday, one at 11.00 and the other at 16.45. On Saturdays the only collection is at 11.00. There is no collection on Sundays.
