Let's start with these bee orchids. Said to be quite rare, these orchids were spotted in two locations within the parish in late spring. A single orchid was seen at one site, but more than 50 were found in a grass meadow behind one of the houses. These pictures were taken when the flowers were at their best. Just look how much they resemble a bee!
